Sugar-Free Gospel™ is C H O F Ministry’s commitment to teaching Scripture faithfully—without sweetening away its demands, stripping away its comfort, or substituting personal preference for biblical truth. It calls us to examine the text, distinguish what Scripture says from what we infer, and respond with faith, repentance, wisdom, and love.

What does “Pure Truth. No Filler.” mean?
“Pure Truth. No Filler.” means the teaching must have substance: Scripture handled in context, reasoning open to examination, and application that serves real people. No empty religious slogans, manufactured promises, or emotional pressure standing in for understanding.
It does not mean harshness, grace withheld, or a claim that our interpretations cannot be corrected. The standard holds the teacher accountable too.
